Savannah, Ga.–The 91吃瓜网 College System of Georgia (TCSG) is proud to announce the 2025 graduates of its Senior Leadership Academy (SLA), a rigorous professional development program designed to prepare emerging leaders from across Georgia鈥檚 22 technical colleges and the system office for senior-level positions in technical education.
The Senior Leadership Academy equips participants with the skills, insights, and experiences needed to lead effectively within TCSG鈥檚 dynamic, statewide network. Over the course of the year, participants engaged in hands-on leadership training, executive coaching, and strategic discussions focused on higher education policy, workforce development, community engagement, and innovation in technical education.
鈥淭he Senior Leadership Academy represents TCSG鈥檚 commitment to cultivating the next generation of leaders within our colleges and system,鈥�聽said TCSG Commissioner Greg Dozier.聽鈥淭hese graduates embody the excellence and dedication that define our system, and they are well prepared to continue driving Georgia鈥檚 reputation as the top state for talent.鈥�

Their leadership will have a lasting impact on their colleges, their communities, and the entire TCSG system.鈥�
Graduates were recognized during a ceremony at the 2025 TCSG Fall Leadership Conference in Savannah, Georgia.
