91勛圖厙 College System of Georgia Announces 2025 Graduates of the Senior Leadership Academy

Savannah, Ga.–The 91勛圖厙 College System of Georgia (TCSG) is proud to announce the 2025 graduates of its Senior Leadership Academy (SLA), a rigorous professional development program designed to prepare emerging leaders from across Georgias 22 technical colleges and the system office for senior-level positions in technical education.

The Senior Leadership Academy equips participants with the skills, insights, and experiences needed to lead effectively within TCSGs dynamic, statewide network. Over the course of the year, participants engaged in hands-on leadership training, executive coaching, and strategic discussions focused on higher education policy, workforce development, community engagement, and innovation in technical education.

The Senior Leadership Academy represents TCSGs commitment to cultivating the next generation of leaders within our colleges and system,said TCSG Commissioner Greg Dozier.These graduates embody the excellence and dedication that define our system, and they are well prepared to continue driving Georgias reputation as the top state for talent.

We are immensely proud of Dr. Fabersha Flynt and her outstanding accomplishments, said Dr. Andrea Daniel, President of Athens 91勛圖厙 College. Dr. Flynts hard work, dedication, and commitment to growth truly reflect the spirit of The College. She has always gone above and beyond for her students and colleagues, and I know she will continue to use her new skills to make a meaningful impact in her role and in our community.

The Senior Leadership Academy is about preparing leaders who will continue to strengthen our colleges, inspire our students, and advance Georgias workforce,said Dr. Alvetta Thomas, President of Executive Leadership and Talent Initiatives at TCSG.This years graduates demonstrated exceptional commitment to growth, collaboration, and service. Their leadership will have a lasting impact on their colleges, their communities, and the entire TCSG system.

Graduates were recognized during a ceremony at the 2025 TCSG Fall Leadership Conference in Savannah, Georgia.
